Cancer Treatment Drivers:
Volunteer drivers take people to their radiation and chemo treatments in Charlottesville and Fredericksburg.
The Culpeper Food Closet:
Provides food and personal care items to Culpeper families in need. People in need must first
go to the Dept. of Social Serices to receive a voucher for the Food Closet.
“Serving Time-Serving God, Prison Book Ministry:
If you would
like to offer help to the inmates of Coffeewood Correctional Center, they are in desperate need of books. You can donate any
religious, spiritual or self-help books. They will also accept paper back novels. If you don’t have books to donate, you
can make an offering to the church, earmarked to “Prison Books” so we can purchase prison ministry Bibles.
New Ministry ~ Prayer
Shawl Ministry:
A small group has begun a Prayer Shawl Ministry at St. Stephen's. Prayer Shawl Ministry offers participants an opportunity
to serve others by knitting or crocheting a prayer shawl. Through handiwork, we seek to bring comfort and healing. We use simple
patterns, so we can pray as we work. Each person works at his/her own pace, doing most of the work at home. For more information,
